Daniel's room

The room is high above and offers unrestricted views of the west, which is rare in Brickell. Our apartment is a 2/2 corner unit, with a perfect location, across Publix, Brickell City Center, the train, metromover, and the underline bike path.

The building has a 24hour fitness, yoga and sauna, a rooftop pool with a pool area, and a business center which you will have full access to.

The bathroom is next to the bedroom but it will be for your use only, we usually let our guests use our own as a respect for our roommate.

The room is unfurnished, but we can furnish it if needed. It’s available starting February 5th.

If you need parking it is an extra $175 a month.

We are a couple (two guys) and we do have a dog that is trained but sometimes barks at Uber eats deliveries.

Being a dog lover is a must, however, we never once asked our former roommate to walk, or take care of him; He is a highly intelligent Belgian Malinois and is obsessed with having the ball thrown for him and will likely ask you to do it for him.

We do enjoy cooking a lot and make an effort to always extend the invitation if we made extra food. We are weirdly into Bonsais, homemade sourdough bread, and collecting things like watches or art.

One of us works from home, and the other works in the arts, so the art on the wall is always rotating.

We will dearly miss our current roommate, but he is relocating for work. Our ideal roommate is responsible, professional, and someone who we don’t need to remind to pay rent or clean up after themselves.
