About the room

The House: 1 story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 refrigerators (will buy another in the future), and a washer and dryer in the garage. Front yard space, as well as a fenced in back yard space with a fire pit. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to nature without being too far from the city. Hardwood floors and a new paintjob throughout the house. Solar panels on top of the house to help cut down on the electric bill. Plenty of street parking with no restrictions.

Utilities to be split amongst the three of us.

The Room: 12’3β€œ x 8’11β€œ plus closet space with built in shelves. Window facing some of the back yard space.

About the roomies

Brett is a stop motion animator and fabricator usually working in or around Burbank. He enjoys art, videogames, sci fi, and having fun outdoors.

Arlo is a 2D animator who works from home. She enjoys penguins and Duolingo.

Lola is a 1.5 year old cat. She’s very sweet and playful. She enjoys treats and ice cubes.

Cosmo is a 7 month old puppy who is very playful and well behaved, and almost never barks.

We are hoping to find someone who is a good fit to invite to come live with us and share our space. Our ideal roommate would be someone who is fully employed, responsible, respectful, and someone we get along with. With the size of the property we are looking for a single occupant (sorry, no couples, pets, or kids).

We would like to do a background and credit check before moving in. Please be upfront about anything that may come up or be an issue. It looks a lot worse to find out about something later and we’d rather figure everything out ahead of time.

The Process for you to move in:

  1. Introductions on here
  2. Phone/Zoom interview
  3. Visit Home
  4. Provide Required documents/background check etc…
  5. If everything goes smoothly, and it seems like a good fit, then you will be all ready to move in!
