I am renting a room in my home, I live alone and I am looking to rent to 1 person Male for 1k a month (month to month). Quiet, family neighborhood, close to DTLA, rent includes Internet, Gas, Water, Trash, Gardner, off-street parking, and use of the laundry room and kitchen. We would split the electricity 50/50. I have 1cat, and I work full time, 2 days a week at home. I enjoy the gym and going out, traveling, and time with friends and family. Please be working stable, and able to pay on time. You’ll start with 1st and sec deposit. No criminal history,, No couples, no services in exchange for rent. No illicit Drugs, 420 ok-outside only. I also have room in the garage to store items. I can unfurnish the room too or leave the cabinet and bed. Please provide a recent pic and a little about yourself.
