Welcome Friend. Thank you for considering this Rental in the beautiful North Raleigh for your stay. Here are the basics in a nutshell. We offer 750 sq ft in a lovely, furnished, suite including a private kitchen, bathroom, free on premises laundry, parking and all utilities!

Your private area begins at the front door which has a secure coded lock. Your suite including a Queen bedroom and the adjacent room (office/TV/sitting or living room-which can also be used as an extra bedroom with a daybed/trundle) is located straight up the stairs. Across the hallway from your room is the your kitchen (equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare meals) and your private bathroom. The shared laundryroom is located on the first floor. We share the backyard that has a firepit, lighting, a bbq, large umbrella and a nice dining/seating area. We have 2 good natured, Miniature German Schnauzers doggies. Of course, they are adorable, in good health, have all their shots, and are quite the serious squirrel hunters. They stay downstairs. Jeff, my husband, is good about cleaning up after the animals in the yard.

The free parking is near the house and all utilities are included.

You will find that our property is peaceful and the neighborhood is likewise. Taking a stroll down the tree lined street is a common activity of our neighbors. We are very centrally located. Three different shopping malls, Falls Lake, hospitals and four downtown areas are only 20 minutes drive away. RTP is a hop, skip and 12 miles away by Highway 540!
