Looking for someone to take a spot in a shared room in a Seton Court apartment. It is less than half a mile from Seton Hall and the center of South Orange. Rent is $574.25 a month, not including utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and the bedroom furniture is available for purchase. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen with a dishwasher, full bathroom, and an in unit washer and dryer.

There will be one girl you share a room with. She is 21 and a college student. There is another two girls who live in the apartment as well, but they have their own rooms.
