Hello! I am looking to move from out of town within the next couple of weeks and I am in need of someone to join in on a lease with me. It’s month to month, and the rent will be split between the two of us. The apartment in question is a 2 bed, I bath located on the cusp of Bellflower and Cerritos. You would have your own room, as well as the opportunity to purchase your own parking spot at the management office. Whoever takes this room must be LGBTQ+ friendly, plus-size friendly, BIPOC honoring, and just liberal minded in general. If this sounds good to you, please message me and we will set something up!

Hello! My name is Es, and I am a 19 year old, non-binary college student who’s looking for someone to help me with rent. I myself want to create an environment where we can help each other out with our financial/housing situation, and I have no intention of making my future roommate pay the grunt of the rent and everything, I just want us to help each other out.
