I have two (2) private rooms for rent. The rooms are inside a house which is located in Miami Gardens / Miramar. No private entrance. I live in the house and have a small dog (15lb yorkie mix). Rent is $850 month (utilities included/no kitchen access). Ready to move in today.

Room 1 is a private room with walk-in closet and shared bathroom. Room 2 is a private room with small closet and shared bathroom. (bathroom is shared between room 1 & room 2 only).

• Utilities included: Power, Water, Trash and Wi-Fi.
• Access to laundry amenities.
• Furnished room.
• Only considering working females (work from home acceptable $50 extra/month).
• One person per room.
• No visits allowed.
• No smoking inside the house.
• Parking space not included. Community has plenty of guest parking.
• No Pets.
• $850 deposit required.
