TROPICAL HOME & QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD Our home is a lovely, spacious 4-bed and 2.5-bath home with a lush, tropical backyard located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood that also has a nearby golf-course & park with plenty of biking and walking trails.
NEARBY HOSPITALS & CONVENIENCE Queens Medical Center and Leeward Oahu VA Clinic are less than a mile away - walking distance from the home! Other major West Oahu hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente, Hawaii Pacific Health, Straub, and VA are within 10-15 minutes drive. Conveniently located next to H1 freeway entrance. Bus stops located at entrance of neighborhood (10-12 minute walk). 10-15 minutes drive to relaxing beaches, golf-courses, gyms, and shopping & dining areas such as Ko Olina Resort, Kapolei Commons, Ka Makana Alii, Waikele Outlets, Pearlridge Center. Nearby supermarkets and stores such as Don Quijote, Seafood City, Pacific Supermarket, Times, Safeway, Foodland, Costco, Target, Walmart, Longs/CVS, Walgreens.
PRIVATE ROOMS & AMENITIES Private rooms are upstairs and shared common spaces downstairs. 3 separate rooms available to rent with all utilities included -Room A full-size bed ($1400 available early March.) -Room B full-size bed ($1400 available early March.) -Room C Single Bed w/ pullout single trundle($1250)
All include gel memory foam mattresses, 24-inch smart TV, heavy-duty dresser, mirrored-door closet. Monthly price is for 1 person per room. Additional long-stay guests staying in the same room may be considered and will incur an additional fee.Newer model large-load washer and dryer units and additional large fridge in garage for extra storage. Plenty of parking spaces available on driveway, in garage, or on the street. Shared bath upstairs (recently renovated) and another half-bath downstairs for convenience.
SPACIOUS, QUALITY COMMON SPACES Downstairs is an open-floor design with lots of natural lighting, luxury vinyl plank wood flooring, spacious kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, multiple dining areas inside and out, and living room with large, cozy sofa and 55-inch smart TV. Front door has security key entry and Ring cameras outside home for peace of mind. High-speed internet amplified with Google nest located throughout the home and streaming services available from Netflix, Hulu, etc. Backyard has lush, tropical palm trees and foliage with outdoor dining and lounging areas under a shady trellis decorated with cafe lighting for a relaxing atmosphere.
