Niguel Road

Two bedroom apartment located at the Vista apartments in Laguna Niguel. My unit is right next to the pool, the apartment has central air conditioning and heating, a wood burning fireplace, laundry in unit and the gym is open 24/7. The apartment has equal sized bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the living room and two bathrooms as well. It’s a nice quiet area, and windows are double paned so outside noise is minimal. “Wood” flooring in the common areas and carpeted bedrooms. If we were to be splitting the rent in half the price would be 1500, however that is pretty negotiable if bills are split evenly.

My name is Chanelle, I am 32 years old female and I have two sweet older kitties and a bearded dragon. I work as a welder at SpaceX. My schedule during the week is pretty demanding so I’m looking for somebody to move into the extra bedroom who is clean and professional. I am a very down to earth and an easy going person.
