Makeala's room

Hello! I am moving out and looking for someone (who doesn’t party too much and doesn’t have a pet) to replace me by May. I am flexible on moving out and can have my room available as soon as March 1st. This location is a small, quiet apartment building in St. John’s. It’s walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, coffee shops, Cathedral park and more. It’s also a super easy drive to other main districts. There is free street parking, laundry on site, a wall heater in the room, a large closet, an extra storage unit in the laundry room and a personal balcony attached to the room. Utilities are usually around $60 a month.

My roommate, Justin, will be staying with his dog, Odin. His dog is quiet, cuddly and easy to live with. Justin is 27, hard working, kind, respectful and mostly stays in his room with Odin. He contributes all of the house plants. Neither of us smoke. Please reach out if interested and I can answer any other questions!
