Hello! I have a room in a new townhome development for rent! I live alone and It is furnished with a queen bed but let me know and I can remove it if you wish. You get your own bathroom and full range to kitchen and living room anytime. I don’t mind friends or occasional couple visits, just let me before lease signing your situation! A garage spot is available as well if you want at no extra charge. The garage is equipped with an electric charger if you need to charge your vehicle. All bills are included with the rent.

I am 25 years old and I work full time as well as go to school full time. I am in the military reserves so I am frequently gone. (Usually more than 7 months out of the year. You will find me me usually traveling, working out, or exploring the local area if I am not tied down with school or work obligations.
