Noella's room

The room is in a two bedroom one bath apartment on third level. Area is in close proximity of shopping centers, pot office, two YMCA (brighten, and Newton). A bust stop right outside the main entrace door to the building. The bus runs to waltham, boston, Cambridge, Watertown….Utilities included. Area very clean, as in neat clean. No smoking, no pets, no partying (yes you can host dinner for a few friends). Fully furnished I can take the items out if you want. Move in flexible.

Graduate student. My previous roommate just moved out. I am looking for his replacement.
