This apartment is two blocks up Pine St. right across from the YMCA and is 5 minutes from everything in town. It’s on the third floor and has high ceilings so it feels nice and spacious. The entire apartment is cozily furnished and decorated with exception of the second bedroom and bathroom which will be yours to make your own. Your bathroom is right across from the bedroom and contains the laundry room behind folding doors (shared). There are window AC units that can be installed in the warmer months and a balcony with seating. The price of rent is split (so $1275 = rent, electricity ($50-$70 most of the year, $90-$120 in winter months) and fiber internet = $50). To move in you need to pay first month rent ($637.5 + deposit ($637.5) + “roommate switching fee” of $250 which I will split with you ($125). Rental insurance also renews in February and it is $162 for the whole year. If you’re interested, we will need to sign a new lease together through Sandpoint Property Management.

I have grown up in north Idaho and enjoy skiing, horseback riding, fishing and relaxing at the beach. I am pretty laid back and accepting of everyone, my only ask is that you don’t do drugs IN the house. I’m super busy working and going to school full time. I’m an ER tech at BGH so I work 12 hour shifts and then I’m off for a stretch. When I’m not working I’m driving to CDA for classes lol. When I’m not doing that I love to relax by cooking, baking and taking care of my houseplants. My boyfriend comes to visit frequently and I have no problem extending the same courtesy to you :) The biggest thing I’m looking for in a roommate is someone respectful, clean and pays rent on time. I don’t have pets of my own but I wouldn’t mind a well behaved dog (I adore cats but I’m super allergic!) - additional pet rent is charged.
