Looking to sublet my room in the Benjamin lofts. It is a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment with common kitchen/living room space fully furnished. You will have your own restroom and bathroom, however the restroom will not be directly attached to the bedroom it will be directly adjacent (see photo for reference of apartment layout)

This building is primarily student-dominated due to its proximity to the EWU campus however it is not a requirement that you are a student, just required that you are female to lease out this room. This property leases out by individual room at $716/month including all utilities, wifi, and parking, and is fully furnished!! Other amenities include study rooms, game room, gym.

Needing to move out for job relocation, so looking for a female to takeover my lease starting this upcoming March (the full lease will end in August 2023 after which you will need to apply for a new lease with the apartment complex it looking to extend further).

There are 2 other females and a small cat living here already, all very friendly!

They’re both students at eastern Washington university and very friendly with a cat! Both quiet/sleep around 10-12am. Cory cooperative in working a cleaning schedule/method of organization that will make all parties happy
