About the room
Hello! We have a room for rent. This is the only bedroom downstairs and it has its own full bathroom located in the hallway. It has a sliding door for easy access to the patio/courtyard. This room has its own thermostat/ac unit. We are currently using this room for storage, the door is kept closed. We will install curtains/shower curtains once it is rented. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. The community has a playground and a pool. We are close to the Goodyear rec center, easy access to shopping and the i10, 303 highways.
Community has beautiful walking trails, parks and pool.
100 a month for utilities and Wi-Fi,i cox gigablast wifi, utilities.
