The rent cost would be $950 with utilities, laundry, and Wi-Fi included. The house has quick and easy access to the US-60 freeway, nearby, grocery stores, bars, and local restaurants. We’re very quiet in the house as well.
Smoking, vaping and drug use is not permitted inside the property, if you do smoke/vape, please do so outside the house, the property is for tenants with no pets. Your income needs to be two times the rent rate.
I am a sales consultant at CarMax and I work from home as well. When I am not working I usually like to go to the gym and hang out with some friends while playing board games. Every now and then I go to a comedy show.
