School Street Northwest

It is a 13x12 foot room with a walk in closet and its own attached bathroom. The shared space is quite large with a large kitchen. Lots of storage space as well. Its has a lot of natural light that keeps the space quite open. It sits in the center of town with easy access to HW169 as well as downtown Elk River. The apartment in general is a little over 1000ft, the bedrooms are on separate sides of the apartment. I tried to find pictures of the apartment without furniture.

The person who will be your roommate is very chill and often keeps to herself. She is a PC gamer who is really into robotics and tinkering on things.
