Jessica's room

The space is a private bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen/living room area. You would have storage available in the kitchen, 4 top cabinets and two bottom cabinets. It also includes one covered parking spot and a small yard. It’s in a gated community right next to a bus stop and the freeway/N McCarran. We just had the carpets replaced in the bedroom and repainted the walls.. It’s so fresh!

Its $700 a month which covers rent, internet, electric/gas, and water. There is a $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.

A little about me, I have lived in Reno my whole life! I enjoy spending time both at home with tv/video games and cooking, or getting out and visiting friends/local events. I’m artsy and support LGBTQ groups. I have 3 cats and a dog who live at the house with me, who are all well socialized and behaved.
