About the room
The floor plan type is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with everyone getting a private room. The rent would be around $1,500 a month (utilities not included).
Some of the amenities that come with the place are:
Coffee Bar, Study Lounge, Rooftop Deck, Fitness Center, Interior Courtyards, On-Site Parking, Fully Furnished, In-Unit Washer & Dryer, Community Events, Life Coaching.
We hope to get 1 more person soon before the place is leased out or the prices increase.
About the roomies
My roommate and I are both freshmen (we will be sophomores)in the game development program here at USC. We keep our spaces clean and are very respectful of boundaries and limitations.
