Beau's room

This is a place that I am looking into and do not have yet. First 8 weeks free if we decide to get it 24 hours after the tour. It is a 3 story townhouse (1,277 sq. Ft.), 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom. The prices listed are half of the costs (I would be paying the other half obviously).

I stay to my room for the most part, but am still very sociable. I’m very clean and have most of the items to furnish the place. I have a cat who is very well trained, and am looking for just 1 more roommate!
