2,100 sq. ft house. Fully remodeled. Private room and bathroom. The home is sitting on 10,000 sq. ft lot. Amenities include indoor,outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center,tennis courts etc. 3 min. away and the home backs up to a golf course.

I have a Pittie that is dog friendly and I am an easy going guy. I am retired. I keep a tidy home. I enjoy cooking. I enjoy going on getaway’s and I like to go out a few times a week. I’m hoping to find someone who would like rent deduction’s for watching my dog when an agreement is made when I go on getaway’s. I like to go up North with my side x side or my HD. Someone who works from home would be an ideal roommate. Electric is the only utility that would have to be split but if your ok with the temps I live comfortably with the electric bill I will cover.
