Hey ya’ll! I am looking for a roommate to move in to my 2 bed 2 bath condo in North Lakewood starting March 1st. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and assigned parking spot. There is in unit laundry and central AC which is very convenient! The complex also has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs which is great for those hot summer days and is walking distance from the RTD for easy access to downtown.

A little about me, I work from home and have a sweet golden retriever named Bridger. In my free time I like to hike, play board games, read, snowboard, or go to the gym. I don’t smoke and ideally want another non-smoker, but I do drink on occasion. I am a pretty clean individual and I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
