Price is 950$ a month including gas, and water. plus 30$ for high speed internet and we do also split the electric bill 50/50. First month rent and a 550$ security deposit is needed to move in. 1500$ total For 1 person only, NO couples and NO pets Preferably at least 3 months stay or more, but month to month is ok (need at least 2 weeks moving out notice to get security deposit back)

Room comes fully furnished with a full size bed, desk , desk chair, nightstand and with a dresser in the closet as well.(can take it out if you have your own furniture). Total size of the room is 10ftx10ft

I work from home occasionally and I cook pretty regularly as well. I also have a small dog that lives with me around half the time throughout the year.
