Spacious room with personal fullsize bathroom right outside room door. 3 windows in the room with a ceiling fan & semi spacious closet. In unit washer and dryer. Kitchen is furnished but you are welcome to bring your own.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Gated community with 24/7 access gym, and pool. Package storage locker on property for mail. Plenty of gas stations & fast food places across the street & two Walmarts in the area.

Leasing office has a strict rent rule. Rent due on 1st. Late fee is added on after the 3rd. Eviction notice filed on the 7th day.

Friendly couple who works semi often. We cook almost every night. Whether you’d like to be social with us or would prefer to stay to yourself, it’s okay with us.
