Abberly Avera is a great and safe neighborhood in the Manassas area. It is less than 10 minutes away from Target. There are features amenities such as a gym, yoga room, community room, business room, lounge areas, and a pool. Parking is free. You get your own room and private bathroom. There is laundry in the unit. I have a balcony for smokers however smoking is a no inside the apartment.

I am a 19-year-old female student and part-time server. I decided to rent my first 2 bedroom apartment to help a family member out but she left for a different state so now I have an extra room.
