I am very neat (OCD) expect tenant to be very clean, neat and respecful of contents of the house. I have a dog, so pet lover a must. You can use kitchen, but must cleaned up as soon as you finish your meal. Your room is your room, it comes with keys, please no eating in room, there is a dinning room table. No men, friends inside or sleep overs at the house. (Security) I work from home 3 days out of the week. You can park in driveway or the side of the house on the grass. I have a beautiful backyard, feel free to sit outside and chill.
