Hi everyone! I’m a professional looking to rent out a room that I’m not using. I have two cats but there is a pet limit, so unfortunately no more pets allowed. I’m pretty easygoing, and I am looking for someone who I could get along with and communicate well with. I also like to keep the place pretty clean, so someone who prefers to keep the apartment clean would be a plus! On top of rent, we would share utilities (gas and electric) and internet costs.
