The room is in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs apartments in the beautiful and safe Naples Long Beach. The room has a private bathroom attached and a balcony.

Street parking is super easy, you’ll never have to walk more than 1 minute even if you come home really late at night. Laundry on premise. No pets and no couples. Very close to the water.

Common spaces are fully furnished and not looking for any additional furniture or decor.

We are two females in mid 30s. Both working professionals, BIPOC, and LGBTGIA+ friendly. We can be social but typically socialize outside the home keeping our place a safe, quiet sanctuary. We’ll have a guest over about once or twice a month but rarely hang out for a long time in the common spaces unless no one else is home. Overnight guests are allowed on occasion we just ask that they stay mostly in your room - no date nights in the living room please when other roommates are home and we don’t want to feel like we are living with a fourth person. We keep the house very clean and quiet and ask that you do the same. We enjoy beach days, evenings walks, and wine nights. Although we are introverts that hang out in our private rooms for the most part, we are friendly with each other, get dinner together every month or so, and tend to know generally whats going on in each others’ lives. We get along really well and are looking for a female roommate who has a similar lifestyle and age and ideally doesn’t work from home.
