Located in the popular Ontario/ Rancho Cucamonga area near the Ontario Mills Mall and 10 freeway. Two story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. The room is located upstairs with sliding door closet and bathroom right outside the room. Washer and dryer located inside near the large kitchen. Pool and spa access. Patio includes fire pit.

All female household. I own this condo and occupy the master bedroom. The other roommate you would be sharing a full bathroom with. We both work from home for the same company in corporate finance so someone is typically always home. We have 2 dogs in the house who are very friendly. I foster rescue dogs at different points so loving dogs is a must. Cannabis friendly. NOT a party house. Must be clean and maintain room and common areas used.
