Just bought a home in Rio Rancho, NM. Pictures are from the listing photos, but will be updated soon with furniture once I get settled. Safe, cute gated community. Roommate would have their own spacious private room/bathroom and own small private patio with access from the bedroom. Access to common areas, kitchen, laundry, backyard, and parking of course. Trash/internet included. We would split other utilities 50/50 (water, gas, electric). Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, responsible, and enjoys a peaceful environment at home. Right now, just looking for someone to rent for 1 year or less. Non-smoking residence.

I’m a young creative professional who has moved back to NM from Phoenix, Arizona to be closer to family. I had a roommate previously in AZ and am looking for one here in NM. I’m social, friendly, hard working, and independent. Moving back to NM has me excited to explore the city and surrounding areas. If you enjoy keeping to yourself and doing your own thing, that is totally fine with me too! I like to chat and hangout, but I am also an introvert and enjoy keeping to myself at home. I have two cats that are super friendly - because of this though, I don’t want any other pets in the house. I currently work from home so would need the house to be quiet in the daytime. Overall, enjoy a peaceful environment at home to recharge.
