bedroom in big house near Alki beach/north admiral. Rent includes utilities. Lease is month to month. I live in my house with my nice housemates. My house has two bathrooms and both bathrooms are shared. I have cats and a friendly dog so people who are allergic would have a hard time here, though I keep the house pretty clean. Security deposit $700 and last months’ rent $700 is required to move in. Month to month lease, but preferably this would be longer term situation like 6 months or more. Street parking is pretty decent here. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, close to the water, alki beach, the water taxi. Located within walking distance to bus lines to downtown Seattle and other bus lines. Rent includes private bedroom, heat, electricity, internet, water/trash/sewer. I work part time, I enjoy walking my dog and hanging with my cats, I also play guitar in a band once a week for a couple hours here. Other than that it’s pretty quiet, I go to bed and wake up at normal hours. I don’t really have parties, pretty mellow and quiet but sometimes listen to music at a reasonable level. My roommate Judah is a nice quiet student he’s been renting here almost a year. Then there’s my other roommate who is an accountant. She’s cool she just moved in
