We are a married couple in our 40’s Husband is American Wife is Filipina.. looking to rent out the master bedroom and bathroom with 2 walk in closets.

DETAILS ABOUT THE ROOM -This room has its own bathroom -This room has 2 walk in closets. -This room is furnished with a Brand New Bed (never been Slept in) minifridge , Microwave , Tables , Dresser. -This room has private entrance from the backyard , you could come and go as you please without seeing us. You just go through the back yard gate and the door is there. Room includes all utilities including wifi.

Near GCC Glendale Community College , nice parks and a library

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR -We are looking for a quiet respectful female . -No pets No drugs No smoking. -No guests/visitors over. -Someone who can show photo ID and recent paystub. (photo copies may be taken)
