Hello I have a humble room available in a two bedroom two bathroom townhouse. You would get your own bathroom unless we have guests then they would just use that one. The room is a medium with a medium sized closet. There is street parking available. Shared living space and kitchen.

I am an early 30s working professional currently working remote . Have the occasional guest. I would like to consider myself a clean, respectful roommate. I do have a small dog. She sheds a lot, but I vacuum every day. my dog loves everyone. I may ask you to way my dog every now and then of course for discounted rent. I do no appreciate long term or frequent guests . Absolutely no parties
