-Room for rent for 1 person, no pets. -Wifi, PGE, water and sewer, yard maintenance, etc is all included in rent pricing. -Everyone has access to washer and dryer. We all use our own supplies throughout the house. -You will have your own section in the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, garage. -Must provide deposit of $650 and first months rent of $650 at contract signing with the owner. -No credit check, but we will require proof of income.

As of right now, there’s only four of us living in the house. We have one available bedroom. We all work rotating schedules would like to fill the rooms sooner rather than later. Can provide pictures of the room if interested.
