(15-20 minutes to downtown, venice or SM, 2 mins from Beverly hills, 5 mins from weho) -it’s a duplex and we are the whole upstairs (landlord is downstairs) -the room is the biggest, with two windows -lots of natural light big living room -huge kitchen w dishwasher -Central A/C! (lifesaver in summer) -balcony -washer and dryer -only one parking space so we’d have to share/ trade off must be clean must have stable income lease is 1 year, then after that goes month to month

Hello! i looking for a roommate move in date Feb 1st! 12 month lease, after 12 months it goes month-to-month about me: I’m a designer and own my own swim brand Banshee Swim i operate from home. i also started acting this last year and also do some hosting jobs. im a concert goer and i’m very active as i surf and love hot yoga. i’m pretty laid back and don’t like to rage often lol

it’s a duplex located very central location in pico-robertson (we are the whole top level and the landlord and his nice family are on the bottom). we have a balcony, washer and dryer, HUGE kitchen, dishwasher, big dining room, big living room, bedroom is big (your room is technically the biggest with two windows) and has the half bathroom right next to it which is basically yours. there is only one parking space in the driveway so if you have a car we would just switch off, plenty of street parking, just street sweeping in the mornings, one side on monday the other tuesday (no big deal if you work in office 9-5). i’m looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and who can pay rent. I currently li’ve with someone (ex best friend now) who hasn’t paid rent in months and isn’t responsible for any of the bills.. so i’m really just asking for someone that’s chill yet can adult.

Rent is 2,695 so you would pay $1346.50 per month. there is a security deposit due so your total would be $2695 come move in day. then there’s electricity, wifi, and gas (i also get spring water delivered to the house if you want to split drinking water too) also random but just a disclaimer that i have celiac disease so if you eat gluten just know i have my separate dishes/ pots/ pans
