Reserve Way

The Reserve at Paxton Creek I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apt in August. Preferably a female - young professional or student. But if you’re responsible that works too. Someone who is clean, organized, non smoker, respectful, but most importantly can clean after themselves. Preferably no animals but open to small dogs. You will have your own room and bathroom. The apt will be mostly furnished except your room and bathroom. I currently live here and my lease ends at the end of July.

Utilities not included - gas, electric, internet (split 50/50)

Monthly rent may change based on new lease. Security deposit TBD.
