This is a clean, welcoming home in the Castro (not the busy part) that was built in 1908 with lots of natural light, a beautiful view of the Castro and Noe Valley, and a cozy side yard is where I love to call home. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently redesigned and rebuilt.

YOUR ROOMS (bedroom + office) • Bedroom: the biggest room in the house! Has a big bay window; hardwood floors; non-operational fireplace. • Office: across the hall from your room. There is furniture that you can either use, or I can move it out.

THE HOUSE • 870+ square feet total • Sweet little yard with a bbq and a bench • Laundry • Recently remodeled bathroom with standing shower & half glass wall, Moroccan tiles. • Kitchen: remodeled with gas stove, garbage disposal. All the tools are already here, so you won’t need anything but your own food. • Dining area has a 6-8 person table, and a natural wood bar with a seriously gorgeous view overlooking the Castro and Diamond Heights. • Storage closet for things like house cleaning tools, extra towels, sewing machine, rollerblades, etc. • Garage storage available

I’ve lived in SF for 26 years, a life-long designer and crafter. During the week, I work outside the home 3 days per wk, and at home the other days. On weekends, I am often out hiking with my super cute puppy, stand-up paddling, or just hanging out with friends. During the summer I camp often. I love all things design, wine or sometimes a west coast IPA, really good food, and adore most forms of music.
