Home is located by Pecos & Hacienda, very quiet neighborhood and nice people. Near grocery stores, all kinds of shops, and easy access to the freeway.

Rent includes all utilities and internet! Rent due on the 1st of every month. $25 late fee applied if paid after the 3rd day.

Deposit required including; First month’s rent upon move-in. Minimum 3-month lease required, month to month after 3 months stay or we can renew for a longer period of time.

Deposit will be returned upon move out as long as no damage is done during stay. 30-day notice of intent to move out required; or automatically forfeit deposit.
