I DO NOT LIVE IN THIS HOME. I am the property manager. I am simply posting on behalf of the tenant. This 2bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a quiet street just down the road from CNU, shopping, etc. Parking out front on driveway. The room for rent is on the first floor with attached bathroom. This room has access to the fully fenced back yard. Washer/dryer in the home is located on the second floor and available for you to use. All utilities/internet to be split 50/50 each month.

She keeps to herself, is clean and respectful of others personal space and is looking for a roommate with similar qualities.
