The house has 3bedrooms, and 2.5 baths I’m renting 1 bedroom or 2 w a shared bath. The shared bath is barely used because my kids don’t live with me they visit me every other Saturday so it will be your own bath. You will have access to every common area in the house, living room, wash and dryer, kitchen, garage, backyard to catch the sun or do a litlle barbeQ. ALL BILLS INCLUDED light, water, internet, gas, and trash.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the Northside of Houston 77038. It’s about 15mn away from the airport (IAH), 10mn away from willowbrook mall, 18mn away from downtown, grocery stores are close by too.
