Dog & cat friendly so long as they get along with the current corgi living here, she’s very friendly and has never had issues with other animals. Utilities will be split evenly (water, garbage, electric, gas, & internet) and usually average between one twenty and one seventy-five depending on heating & cooling usage. Washer and dryer are on the upstairs floor by the bedrooms, plenty of cabinet space, gas stove, all new appliances, central AC and heat.

I’m a 28-year-old female currently working as an accountant (8-5 M-F). I have a corgi that currently lives at the house, she’s very friendly and gets along well with other animals. I’m very clean and tidy and typically not up late or doing anything crazy but do occasionally have friends and overnight guests. I love to read, hangout with friends, anything outside, I do drink but I don’t mind if someone does not.
