Arctic Avenue

Hello, everyone. I am looking for a responsible, tidy, and respectful individual to act as a roommate for an empty room in the 2 bedroom cottage I am currently renting. Located in the City of Wildwood, the cottage is in walking distance to many stores, gyms, and supermarkets, as well as the beach and boardwalk for the summer. There is also adequate parking right on the block. The living room/kitchen area is shared along with the bathroom. There is also a front porch and outside area where I plan on putting tables once it gets warm. The private bedroom in question has its own closet space, and a small washer/dryer unit. Not counting the space those two take up, the room measures roughly 70 square feet. The room is unfurnished (outside of a spare tv and lamp that I can provide), but I am more than willing to offer a helping hand in locating and moving in furniture. All utilities (internet, electric, gas) are in my name and included in the price. As per the lease, animals are not allowed.

I am the only other tenant. I grew up on the island after spending my early childhood in Philadelphia, and have recently moved back down here full-time from that area. I work for a distribution company that is adjacent to the property. Interests include traveling, hiking, football, and combat sports. I am overall easygoing and respectful of others’ space, and am looking for someone who shares these qualities. I am not personally a smoker, being more of an occasional social drinker. That being said, it’s a free country, and that extends to the front porch. If anyone is interested, feel free to contact me to see if it’d be a good fit!
