Paseo Camarillo

We have a 2 bed 2 bath and are looking for a someone to take over the lease for an old roommate. The bedroom has a window that allows light in and a double sided closet that is pretty large. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a vanity style sink area. We are willing to move things around in the living room/kitchen to make room for any furniture/ kitchen items you would like to bring. There is a laundry room on site and its only a short walk away from the apt. We don’t mind having guest over as long as we are given notice so we can make sure our dog is put in the room or placed in a crate in the living room. (New lease starts March 27th)

My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over the lease for a roommate that will be moving back home. I am a student at CSUCI and I also work part time at a bakery. I enjoy going to the park, reading, and crafting. My boyfriend works over night a few days out of the week. We also have a pit mix named hazel who is very friendly and loves people!
