Hey! I have 1 bedroom available in a cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo located in beautiful Terra Linda. The room will be available starting January 1st, or possibly a bit earlier if needed. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. The first floor consists of a shared fully-equipped kitchen, half bath, living room and dining room. The first floor opens to a lovely backyard with a table and chairs set (see pics). Propane BBQ in the backyard available for use. The second floor consists of three rooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 sinks.

The condo is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Terra Linda. We’re a walking distance to Scotty’s Market, nearby restaurants, and hiking trails. Also a 2 min driving distance to Safeway.

I work at a software company. I’m also in SF a lot and spend some nights out of the house. I love to hike, cook, spend time with family and friends and love to travel. You would be sharing the condo with me, one awesome roommate, and his sweet cat, Fender. We’re both respectful, down-to-earth, and easy to live with. The home has a relaxed vibe—not too quiet, not too loud. We hang out sometimes (watch shows, share meals), but also respect each other’s space. Open communication and mutual respect are key in our home.
