Hey! I have 1 furnished or not furnished bedroom available for rent at the end of March when the current Roomate moves out in my 3 bedroom condo. The first floor consists of a shared fully-equipped kitchen, half bath, living room and dining room. The first floor opens to a lovely backyard with a table and chairs set (see pics). Propane BBQ in the backyard available for use. The second floor consists of three rooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 sink.

The condo is located in a quite beautiful neighborhood in Terra Linda. We’re a walking distance to Scotty’s Market, nearby restaurants, and hiking trail. Also a 2 min driving distance to Safeway.

Utilities are shared and split by the number of tenants.

I work at a software company. I’m also in SF a lot and spend some nights out of the house. I’m looking for a respectful, friendly Roomate that cleans after themselves. I do have a cleaning lady twice a week. I love to hike, cook, spend time with friends and travel.
