Have three rooms available. Two upstairs with a shared bathroom. One downstairs with private bathroom. For couples interested it would be for both rooms upstairs.

Upstairs room pictured is identical to the other bedroom upstairs. All rooms will be unfurnished.

Community is gated with security patrolling every night.

Kitchen/laundry room would be available for use. 420 friendly but in garage/outside for any smoking.

I’m either in my room, or in the loft but I am mindful of noise. I have two cats.
