• full bathroom is located right across from the room - shared with another roomie (a young guy)
• use of a fully stocked kitchen if you prefer your own cooking

• nearest subway station: F, M, J, Z - Essex/Delancey within an 8-10 min walk
• walk a few blocks to everything LES and East Village have to offer

I am the apartment owner who resides in one of the 3 bedrooms. I work in Real Estate field where I travel quite often for business. I’d say I am quite a relaxed person who is busy with her own life but doesn’t mind chatting with people when I am at home. The other person is a friendly, successful young professional with whom you will be sharing a bathroom (I have my own) Feel free to get in touch if you think you fit the following:
