the living room along with the rooms is all floor to ceiling windows, large bedrooms as each bedroom would fit a king size bed along with a large desk and other stuff as well.

The amenities include a gym and basketball court and a large roof deck and large working lounge with great views of the Hudson. There are also pool tables and games that are downstairs. We have a corner unit apartment that’s overlooks water on 33rd floor completely unobstructed views, with blackout shades if needed. It will come partially furnished by myself and the other tenant. Your portion of rent would be about 2.8K as stated earlier. Also each wall is well insulated as no noise comes through any wall.

I am a business owner (construction mgmt firm) and live a fairly active lifestyle, I am clean and quite and live with my girlfriend who is about the same, you don’t really recognize we’re home. If we even are.

Rishan- is in investment banking at a boutique firm, and lives about the same way. Is very respectful and clean in common areas and kitchen.

We both like to socialize with our roomates, when in common areas and get along great with pretty much everyone.
