In addition, this spacious room is located around 15 minutes away from UC Berkeley plus is easily accessible to San Francisco, Wine Country and numerous Bay Area attractions. This home is a couple of minutes away from Highway 80 access.

Your Room: Since this spacious room is situated on the second floor, you will have access to the open living area which has a 180-degree unobstructed view of the San Francisco Bay including the Golden Gate Bridge. The house has an elevated set back away from the street. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size frame and mattress, dresser and floor lamp. This space has a sizable floor to ceiling closet. This room is single occupancy.

Bathroom: Access to a full bathroom includes a tub, shower and stylish fixtures. This bathroom is shared with a single person.

Full Kitchen Access: There is a gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher and microwave in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Through the enormous windows facing the bay you can enjoy the view while you cook, prepare and eat your meal on the granite countertop.
