We have a 2 beautiful rooms for rent out that will be available on the 1st of June.One bedroom is furnished and the other bedroom is unfurnished but could potentially be furnished. The property is in a very nice location. It also happens to be about 6 miles away from College of the Canyons. You will have access to the entire house, which includes, the BBQ grill in the back yard, the kitchen, the dining area, the living room area, etc. Internet is provided provided. All of the roommates split up the total of the bills.
I am currently a student at College of the Canyons, and so is the other roommate. We are looking for students that require a place to stay over a long period of time, around 5 - 10 months. I am studying a Business Administration Major and the other roomate is studying sports medicine. I also happen to be an international student from South Africa, and my friend who is also a roomate is also an international student from Bahrain. My friend also happens to be a certified fitness instructor so if you need any advice or help in that department, he is more than willing to lend an ear.
