ABOUT US: I am a Female, Owner/Artist/ Graphic Designer, easy-going with my own busy schedule, so you may not see much of me. The other roommate is a young 21 yr old Male, mature and respectful; he has a full-time working professional schedule causing him to travel away for work for most of the month. He is very easy-going, polite personality and is super quiet & clean. Preferably, we are looking for another professional working professional (age range 21-35), who is easy-going, respectful, independent, who is respectful of each other’s late or busy schedules & routines, to match. Not looking for all night crazy parties. (In other words we go out to party but don’t bring it home.) No drama here; keeping it peaceful & quiet. NON-Smoking or Vaping of any sorts, NON-Alcoholic, and a DRUG-FREE environment; (An occasional drink is ok, but no-alcoholics, please!) Everyone does their part to keep our home clean! Previous roommates have lived here for up to 4 yrs; It’s a secured positive community/environment.
